Mr. Roland Martin, Host, Washington Watch, TV One, Award-Winning Journalist, CNN Analyst, will serve as “Master of Ceremony” for the evening. The event guest and attendee list consists of members of Congress, community activists and prominent leaders, state and local elected officials, celebrities, sports personalities, national and local media, and business and community representatives.

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) hosts the Annual Legislative Conference. CBCF was established in 1976 as a nonpartisan, nonprofit, public policy, research and educational institute.
